VT Markets Deposit Bonus offer (JP) Terms and Conditions

This offer is provided by VT Markets, traded under VT Markets Limited (herein “the Company” or “VT Markets”), to the Company’s clients.

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This offer is available from 06/12/2022 and revised at 04/09/2024.

2. This offer is available to all VT Markets’ clients who reside in Japan.

3. VT Markets will offer this to new and existing clients at its discretion. If you are not sure about your eligibility, please contact [email protected].

4. New clients must open a new live account with VT Markets (meaning, not a “demo” account). By opening a new account with VT Markets, the client acknowledges they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and VT Markets’ Terms and Conditions.

5. You will automatically opt-in to this offer if you are eligible after your live trading account is opened. If you would like to change your mind about participating in this offer, you can log in to your Client Portal and change the status under the “Promotion” tab.

6. Eligible clients will receive a credit bonus as per below:

   1. 100% of your first deposit, up to $500 credit (base currency). If your trading account is denominated in Japanese Yen, the credit will be capped at 70,000 JPY.

   2. 20% of your subsequent deposits

   “Subsequent deposits” means any deposits you made after your first deposit or the part that exceeds $500 (or 70,000 JPY) from your first deposit.

7. The credit amount is capped at a maximum of $10,000 USD per eligible client at any time during this offer. If your account is not denominated in USD or hold accounts with different currencies, the conversion rule between different account currencies is shown as per below table:

8. Your bonus will be credited to your trading account within 1 business day after we verify your deposit.

9. Internal transfers, balance or cash adjustments, Introducer/Affiliate rebates or commissions of any kind will not be considered new deposits and therefore will not be counted towards this offer.

10. Credit amounts cannot be withdrawn. Profits made will be reflected in your account value. Similarly, any losses made will be deducted from your account value. Any profits generated from the utilization of the bonus are available for withdrawal as per our withdrawal procedure.

11. If you opt to withdraw your original deposit, a partial/full trading credit will be removed from your account accordingly.

12. You cannot transfer your bonus between your trading accounts.

13. If your account equity is less than the trading credit on your account, the remaining credit may be withdrawn at our discretion, which could in turn force a stop out of all open positions on your account.

14. Accounts that have withdrawn funds may not be eligible to claim future deposit credits. VT Markets will review at our discretion.

15. This program can be retracted at any time of VT Markets’ choosing and account eligibility will be subject to our discretion.

16. Your credit will be removed at the time this promotion offer ends without further notice.

2. This offer is available to all VT Markets’ Clients (excluding clients from Greater China region, and Vietnam)

4. New clients must open a new live account with VT Markets (meaning, not a “demo” account). By opening a new account with VT Markets, the client acknowledges they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and VT Markets’ Terms and Conditions.

6. Eligible clients will receive credit bonus as per below:

   1. 50% of your first deposit, up to $500 credit (base currency)

   2. 20% of your subsequent deposits

   “subsequent deposits” means any deposits you made after your first deposit, or the part that exceeds $1,000 from your first deposit.

   Here are some examples of how much credit bonus you will get based on your firsttime deposit (FTD) amount:

7. The credit amount is capped at a maximum of $10,000 (base currency) per eligible client at any time during this offer.

8. Clients must opt-in within 7 business days after they made the deposit. If the period exceeds 7 days, VT Markets will determine at its discretion as to whether the account qualifies for the promotion.

9. You will not be able to get your bonus if:

   1. Your account balance is below $200 (base currency) at the time we process your application.

   2. Your eligible credit to claim is below $100.

10. Internal transfers, balance or cash adjustments, Introducer/Affiliate rebates or commissions of any kind will not be considered new deposits and therefore will not be counted towards this offer.

The following conditions apply to all offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise:

3. VT Markets offers are not designed to alter or modify an individual’s risk preference or encourage individuals to trade in a manner inconsistent with their own trading strategies.

4. Clients should ensure that they operate their trading account in a manner consistent with their trading comfort level.

5. New Accounts are subject to approval as per VT Markets’ account opening procedure. Individuals who apply for an account must check their local laws and regulations before applying for an account with VT Markets.

6. VT Markets reserves the right to decline any application or indication to participate in any promotion at its sole discretion, without the need to provide any justification or explain the reasons for such a decline.

7. VT Markets reserves the right to exclude and/or cancel a client’s participation in its offers or promotions if: a) Churning (opening and closing of Margin FX or CFD transaction just for the benefit of earning a benefit); b) the client is found to be in violation of its Client Agreement or has breached the promotions terms and conditions. In case such misconduct or the breach, VT Markets shall have the right to deduct any bonus amounts from the trading account.

8. VT Markets may at any time make changes to these terms and conditions and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on VT Markets website. You are advised to revise these Terms regularly, and by your continued use of VT Markets website and services that you accept any such modified terms. VT Markets reserves the right to modify or cancel any offers at its sole discretion at any time.

9. VT Markets may at any time, at its sole discretion, cease or discontinue any of its promotions.

10. VT Markets will not be liable for any loss, costs, expense or damage which may be suffered in connection with this offer and which by law may not be excluded by these Terms.

11. If these terms and conditions are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the terms shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
