“Games of Gold” is offered by VT Markets, traded under VT Markets LLC (herein “the Company” or “VT
Markets”), to the Company’s clients.

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This offer is available to all new and existing clients of VT Markets, who have registered a live account and
   traded with VT Markets and reside in the following countries/regions:

2. To participate in this campaign, every client must have a live account with VT Markets (meaning, not a
   “demo” account) without credit bonus, and have a minimum initial deposit of $50. For new clients, by
   opening a new account with VT Markets, the clients acknowledge they have read and agreed to be bound
   by these Terms and Conditions and VT Markets’ Terms and Conditions.

3. This offer is eligible on valid STP, ECN, Cent, Swap-free, and Copy Trade accounts. MAM and PAMM
   accounts are ineligible for this offer.

4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers from VT Markets. Trading volume (lot) from
   trading accounts with any credit bonus or deposit bonus will not be counted in this campaign. Therefore,to avoid such cases if a client already has a trading account with VT Markets, a client must carefully check
   if his/her trading accounts still have any credit bonus or not.

5. Clients may participate in this campaign from multiple trading accounts under the same identification
   card, however, trading volume (lot) will be counted separately from each trading account.

   ลูกค้าสามารถเข้าร่วมแคมเปญนี้ได้จากหลากหลายบัญชีซื้อขายที่อยู่ภายใต้ชื่อบัตรประชาชนเดียวกัน อย่างไรก็ตาม ปริมาณการซื้อขาย (ล็อต) จะถูกคำนวณแยกกันไปในแต่ละบัญชี

6. Internal transfer between trading accounts will not be counted as deposit amount for this campaign.

7. Only each closed trade of FX, Metal (XPDAUD), Gold (XAUUSD, XAUAUD), Silver (XAGUSD, XAGAUD) and
   Crude Oil (CL-OIL, USOUSD, UKOUSD) will be accumulated and counted separately from each trading
   account towards the trading volume requirement during the activity period.

8. Application and prize redemption process:

   ขั้นตอนการสมัครและรับรางวัล:

   1. a.  The activity period is from 1 May – 31 July 2023. VT Markets will calculate the accumulative gross
      deposit amount and trading volume only within the activity period.

      a.  ระยะเวลากิจกรรมเริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม – 31 กรกฎาคม 2023 โดยทาง VT Markets จะคำนวณยอดเงินฝากสะสมรวมและปริมาณการซื้อขายภายในระยะเวลากิจกรรมเท่านั้น

   2. b.  Clients can apply for the promotion from promotion page or contact your account manager

      b.  ลูกค้าสามารถลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมโปรโมชันได้จาก หน้าโปรโมชัน หรือติดต่อผู้จัดการบัญชีของคุณ

   3. c.  Clients can apply to redeem any prize only ONCE from each trading account anytime within the
      activity period, should both the gross deposit and trading volume requirements are met from each trading account as per below:

      c.  ลูกค้าสามารถลงทะเบียนแลกรับรางวัลใด ๆ จากแต่ละบัญชีเทรดได้เพียงครั้งเดียวเท่านั้น โดยสามารถแลกรางวัลเมื่อใดก็ได้ภายในระยะเวลากิจกรรม เมื่อยอดเงินฝากรวมและปริมาณการซื้อขายในแต่ละบัญชีเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดตามตารางด้านล่าง:

   4. d. Once the requirements are met, clients can request for prize redemption via these channels:
         –   Contact your account manager to claim the prize
         –   Send request via LINE: @vtmarkets.th
         –   Send request via email: [email protected]

      d. เมื่อปฏิบัติครบตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด ลูกค้าสามารถขอแลกของรางวัลได้ผ่านช่องทางเหล่านี้:
         –   ติดต่อผู้จัดการบัญชีของคุณเพื่อรับรางวัล

         –   ส่งคำขอทางอีเมล: [email protected]

   5. e. 20 August 2023 will be the last day to apply for any prize redemption. VT Markets will not accept
      any application for redemption after 20 August 2023, and the client will waive the right to claim the prize.

      e. วันที่ 20 สิงหาคม 2566 จะเป็นวันสุดท้ายในการลงทะเบียนแลกของรางวัล โดยทาง VT Markets จะไม่ยอมรับการลงทะเบียนที่เกิดขึ้นหลังจากวันที่ 20 สิงหาคม 2023 กล่าวคือ ลูกค้าที่ลงทะเบียนหลังจากวันดังกล่าวจะถูกตัดสิทธิ์ในการรับรางวัลนั่นเอง

   6. f. VT Markets will review and process your application within 2-3 weeks after the promotional period
      ends and will notify you within this period.

      f. VT Markets จะตรวจสอบและดำเนินการตามการขอรับรางวัลของคุณภายใน 2-3 สัปดาห์หลังจากสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาโปรโมชั่น และจะแจ้งให้คุณทราบภายในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว

   7. g. Clients who redeem prize items as gold are required to pay 5% withholding tax of the prize value
      before receiving the prize.

      g. ลูกค้าเลือกรับของรางวัลเป็นทองคำ จะต้องชำระภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย 5% ของมูลค่าของรางวัลก่อนรับรางวัล

   8. h. The prize items can be redeemed as cash to the client’s trading account (without tax deduction).

      h. ของรางวัลสามารถแลกเป็นเงินสดเข้าบัญชีการซื้อขายของลูกค้าได้ (โดยไม่หักภาษี)

9. If VT Markets is unable to fulfill delivery of the gift(s) to the client’s address due to force majeure factors
   (gift out of stock, logistics problems, etc.), VT Markets will transfer the amount to the customer’s trading account according to the cashback value corresponding to the terms.

   หาก VT Markets ไม่สามารถจัดส่งของรางวัลไปยังที่อยู่ของลูกค้าได้เนื่องจากสาเหตุที่ไม่สามารถควบคุมได้ (เช่น สินค้าหมด หรือปัญหาด้านการผลิตหรือการจัดส่ง เป็นต้น) VT Markets จะโอนเงินรางวัลเข้าบัญชีซื้อขายของลูกค้าตามมูลค่าเงินคืนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเงื่อนไขที่ระบุไว้

10. VT Markets reserves the right to stop or refuse the client’s participation in the promotion if any of these
    rules are breached or there is any suspected abuse of the promotion.

    VT Markets สงวนสิทธิ์ในการยุติหรือปฏิเสธการเข้าร่วมโปรโมชั่นของลูกค้า หากมีการละเมิดกฎระเบียบเหล่านี้หรือมีการใช้โปรโมชั่นอย่างไม่เหมาะสมหรือเกินกว่าที่ควร

11. Fraudulent, multiple, or incorrectly completed applications will not be accepted. VT Markets will not be
    responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.

    การลงทะเบียนแบบทุจริต ลงทะเบียนครั้ง หรือลงทะเบียนโดยการกรอกข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้องจะไม่ได้รับการยอมรับ ทั้งนี้ VT Markets จะไม่รับผิดชอบใด ๆ ต่อการสูญหาย ความล่าช้า การกรอกข้อมูลไม่ครบถ้วน หรือการกรอกข้อมูลผิดช่อง

12. Examples of abusive activities (but not limited only to the below):

    ตัวอย่างของกิจกรรมที่ไม่เหมาะสม (แต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงในรายการด้านล่างเท่านั้น):

    1. a.  Using someone else’s account to maliciously increase trading or transaction volume regardless of
       risk, resulting in huge losses in the account.

       a.  ใช้บัญชีผู้อื่นเพื่อเพิ่มปริมาณการซื้อขายหรือธุรกรรมอย่างไม่เหมาะสมโดยไม่คำนึงถึงความเสี่ยง ที่ทำให้บัญชีเกิดการขาดทุนอย่างมาก

    2. b.  Hedging trading positions internally (using other trading accounts held with VT Markets) or externally (using other trading accounts held with other brokers).

       b.  การซื้อขายแบบ Hedging ผ่านคำสั่งซื้อขายภายในโบรกเกอร์ (ใช้บัญชีซื้อขายอื่นๆ ของ VT Markets) หรือภายนอกโบรกเกอร์ (ใช้บัญชีซื้อขายอื่นของโบรกเกอร์อื่น)

    3. c.  Taking advantage of technical loopholes to generate a large number of invalid orders.

       c.  ใช้ช่องโหว่ทางเทคนิคเพื่อสร้างคำสั่งซื้อขายที่ไม่ถูกต้อง

13. The prizes listed are subject to availability. VT Markets cannot guarantee that the prizes offered will be
    available during the time of redemption. Clients acknowledge and agree to receive the value of the promotion in the form of a balance credited into their account, should VT Markets be unable to ship the prize under this promotion or if the prize is no longer available for purchase.

14. VT Markets shall not be responsible or liable for any delays in providing the prizes to the client. VT Markets
    will use all reasonable endeavors to provide the prize to the client within 30 days.

    VT Markets จะไม่รับผิดชอบหรือรับผิดต่อการล่าช้าในการจัดส่งรางวัลให้กับลูกค้า ทั้งนี้ VT Markets จะใช้ความพยายามทุกประการในการจัดส่งรางวัลให้แก่ลูกค้าภายใน 30 วัน

15. VT Markets shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential
    loss or loss of profits), cost, expense, or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection (directly or
    indirectly) with the use of the Promotion.

    VT Markets จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความสูญเสียใด ๆ (รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง การสูญเสียหรือการสูญเสียผลกำไรทางอ้อม พิเศษ หรือเป็นผลสืบเนื่อง) ต้นทุน ค่าใช้จ่าย หรือความเสียหายที่ได้รับหรือต่อเนื่องจากการใช้งานโปรโมชั่น (ไม่ว่าจะโดยตรงหรือโดยอ้อม)

16. This program can be retracted at any time of VT Markets’ choosing and account eligibility will be subject to
    our discretion.

17. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms will be resolved by VT Markets at its sole discretion.
