“Christmas Lucky Draw” is offered by VT Markets, traded under VT Markets LLC (herein “the Company” or “VT Markets”), to the Company’s clients.

1. This promotion is available to both new and existing VT Markets’ clients who reside in the following countries/regions:

2. New clients must open a new live account with VT Markets (meaning, not a “demo” account). By opening a new account with VT Markets, the client acknowledges they have read and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and VT Markets’ terms and conditions.

3. This offer is eligible on valid STP, ECN, Cent, Swap-free, and Copy Trade accounts. MAM and PAMM accounts are ineligible for this offer.

5. Internal transfer between trading accounts will not be counted as deposit amount for this campaign.

6. This offer can be used in conjunction with other offers from VT Markets.

7. To participate in this offer, you must complete the following to be a part of this promotion:

8. The Lucky draw requirement to get the ticket is shown as per below table:

9. A client is entitled to an unlimited number of tickets.
   ลูกค้า 1 ท่านสามารถสะสมสิทธิ์การลุ้นรางวัลได้ไม่จำกัด

10. Only each closed trade of FX, Metal (XPDAUD), Gold (XAUUSD, XAUAUD), Silver (XAGUSD, XAGAUD) and Crude Oil (CL-OIL, USOUSD, UKOUSD) will be accumulated and counted from all trading accounts towards the trading volume requirement during the activity period.

11. The promotion begins on December 1, 2023, and ends at 11.59 p.m. on December 31, 2023
    โปรโมชั่นเริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ธันวาคม 2566 และสิ้นสุดเวลา 23:59 น. ในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2566

12. The winner will be announced on the live “VT Markets Thailand” Facebook fan page every Monday from December 11, 2023 onwards, and the final round on January 3, 2024 at 6 p.m. The time can be adjusted.
    เราจะประกาศผู้ชนะโดยการไลฟ์ผ่านช่องทาง Facebook “VT Markets Thailand” ทุก ๆ วันจันทร์ เริ่มตั้งแต่วันจันทร์ที่ 11 ธันวาคม 2566 และรอบสุดท้าย วันพุธที่ 3 มกราคม 2567 เวลา 18.00 น. ทั้งนี้ ช่วงเวลาอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้เล็กน้อย

13. Clients are only eligible to receive the reward in draw 1-3 for one reward/ person. However, they still have a chance to win a reward in the final draw (even though they’ve already won a reward in draw 1-3).
    ลูกค้ามีสิทธิ์รับรางวัลในรอบการจับรางวัลที่ 1-3 ได้เพียง 1 รางวัล/ท่าน เท่านั้น แต่ยังสามารถลุ้นรางวัลในการจับรางวัลในครั้งที่ 4 ได้อีก 1 รางวัล (แม้จะได้รับรางวัลใดรางวัลหนึ่งในรอบการจับรางวัลที่ 1-3 แล้วก็ตาม)

14. All winners will be randomly selected and announced at the lucky draw event following the order shown in the table below:

15. Winners need to contact VT Markets within 15 days after the announcement day to confirm his/her personal and shipping details. Winners will waive the right to receive the prize automatically if the said time is expired.
    ผู้ชนะรางวัลต้องติดต่อ VT Markets ภายใน 15 วัน หลังจากวันประกาศผล เพื่อยืนยันรายละเอียดส่วนบุคคลและการจัดส่งของรางวัล ผู้ชนะจะถูกตัดสิทธิ์ในการรับรางวัลโดยอัตโนมัติ หากเวลาดังกล่าวหมดลง

16. VT Markets will not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries. Fraudulent, multiple, or incorrectly completed applications will not be accepted.

17. The rewards are subject to availability. VT Markets cannot guarantee that the prize offered will be available.

18. Rewards cannot be redeemed in cash.

19. VT Markets shall not be responsible or liable for any delays in providing the promotion to the client. VT Markets will use all reasonable endeavors to provide the promotion to the client within 30 days.

20. This promotion is only available to clients who trade on STP, ECN, or Cent accounts. (PAMM accounts cannot participate in this activity.)

21. VT Markets reserves the right to vary, alter, replace, or revoke or cancel the promotion terms at any time without prior notice. Changes to these terms will be made available online and you are encouraged to check our website regularly.
    VT Markets ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลง แทนที่ หรือเพิกถอนหรือยกเลิกข้อกำหนดโปรโมชั่นได้ตลอดเวลาโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้จะเผยแพร่ทางออนไลน์ และคุณควรตรวจสอบเว็บไซต์ของเราเป็นประจำ

22. Any dispute or situation not covered by these terms will be resolved by VT Markets in its sole discretion.
    ข้อพิพาทหรือสถานการณ์ใด ๆ ที่ไม่ครอบคลุมอยู่ในข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้จะได้รับการแก้ไขโดย VT Markets ตามดุลยพินิจของตนแต่เพียงผู้เดียว

23. If the client is in breach of the VT Markets trading terms in any way whatsoever the value of the prize will be deducted from the client’s cash balance.

24. VT Markets shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), cost, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection (directly or indirectly) with the use of the promotion.
    VT Markets จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความสูญเสียใด ๆ (รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง การสูญเสียหรือการสูญเสียผลกำไรทางอ้อม พิเศษ หรือเป็นผลสืบเนื่อง) ต้นทุน ค่าใช้จ่าย หรือความเสียหายที่ได้รับหรือต่อเนื่องจากการใช้งานโปรโมชั่น (ไม่ว่าจะโดยตรงหรือโดยอ้อม)

25. This program can be retracted at any time of VT Markets’ choosing and account eligibility will be subject to our discretion.
