  • 8. How is the tiered leverage calculated?

    The calculation is based on the larger side of the total buy or sell open positions.

    For example:
    - Buy 80 lots + Sell 100 lots → leverage is calculated using the 100-lot short position.
    - Buy 120 lots + Sell 120 lots → leverage is calculated using the 120-lot position.

    If the larger position spans multiple leverage tiers, each portion of that position is assigned the applicable leverage tier. All calculations are performed automatically.

  • 9. What is VWAP?

    VWAP (Volume-Weighted Average Price) is the average entry price of your open positions, weighted by the size of each trade. Instead of treating every trade equally, larger positions have a greater influence on the average price. This provides a more accurate basis for calculating margin and effective leverage when you have multiple positions.

  • 10. What happens if I reach the exposure limit?

    Your account will automatically switch to Close-Only Mode.

    You can continue to close existing positions and reduce your overall exposure, but you won't be able to open new positions until your exposure falls below the applicable limit.

    Once your exposure has been reduced, you can resume trading as usual.
