VT Markets Active Trader Program Promotion

This offer is provided by VT Markets, traded under VT Markets Limited (herein “the Company” or “VT Markets”), to the Company’s clients.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is available from 23 April 2024.

2. VT Markets will offer this to new and existing clients (herein “Participant” or “Client”) at its discretion. If you are not sure about your eligibility, please contact [email protected].

3. By participating in this offer, the client acknowledges they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and VT Markets’ Terms and Conditions.

4. To Participate in this offer, the client must:

   1. Opt-in to this offer via the Client Portal.

   2. Select a trading account that is eligible to participate in this offer.

5. This offer is only applicable to Standard STP, and RAW ECN accounts. Trading accounts denominated in US Cents are not eligible to participate in this offer.

6. To be eligible to receive the rewards from this offer, the Participant must:

   1. Maintain a daily Eligible Fund that is over $5,000 from Monday to Friday (MT4 server time) within each calendar week (herein “the settlement week”).

   2. Complete a minimum of 1 standard lot per $5,000 eligible fund within the settlement week.

   “Eligible Fund” is defined as the client’s account equity subtracted by any credit bonuses in the account at 5:30 AM MT Server time every day.

7. Only closed trade of FX, Gold, Silver, and Crude Oil that is held for more than 5 minutes during the offer period will be counted towards this offer.

8. Participants are entitled to participate with more than one trading account. The requirements and rewards will be calculated on each participation account and cannot be combined. For example, if a client participates with two accounts (account A and account B) and successfully fulfils the requirements for account A but not for account B, they will receive the rewards for account A only.

9. Qualified participants will receive a reward that is equal to 0.25% of their Eligible Fund on a weekly basis.

10. The reward will be settled into the participant’s trading account every 4 calendar weeks (“settlement cycle”).

11. As a participant, you will be disqualified from getting the rewards from the previous week if:

    1. You fail to maintain your daily Eligible Fund of over $5,000 during the previous settlement week.

    2. You fail to complete the trading requirement during the previous settlement week.

    3. Any withdrawal/internal transfer made from the participation account during the previous calendar week.

    Participants will not lose eligibility to get any further rewards from this offer if they fail to get rewards from any week due to not being able to fulfill the requirement.

12. VT Markets will withhold and reserve the right to cancel your reward from the previous settlement cycle if the following conditions are met on the day we credit the reward amount to you:

    1. The account balance of your participation account is 0 on the settlement day, and

    2. No trades opened on your participation account within the last 7 days from the settlement day, and

    3. No active trading positions on your participation account on the settlement day.

13. The trading volume used to apply for this offer may not be used to apply for any other offer provided by VT Markets.

14. The Eligible Fund requirement is USD-based. We will convert your Eligible Fund amount accordingly if your participation account is not denominated in USD.

15. VT Markets shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), cost, expense, or damage that is suffered or sustained in connection (directly or indirectly) with the use of the Offer.

16. This offer can be retracted at any time of VT Markets’ choosing and account eligibility will be subject to our discretion.

17. In the event of any dispute or situation not explicitly addressed within these Terms, VT Markets will exercise its sole discretion to arrive at a resolution.

 
Examples of rewards calculation under this Offer:
Case 1 – Within a settlement cycle

The total reward this participant will receive from this settlement cycle = $12.50 +$30 = $42.50

Case 2 – Within a settlement week

Eligible Fund to calculate the reward =1 x $5,000 = $5,000 (Based on the weekly trading volume amount)

Minimum Eligible Fund of the week = $7,500

Total rewards from this week = $5,000 x 0.25% = $12.5. which will be credited to the participation account when this settlement cycle ends.

Case 3 – Within a settlement week

Eligible Fund to calculate the reward = 4 x $5,000 = $20,000 (Based on the weekly trading volume amount)

Minimum Eligible Fund of the week = $17,500

Total rewards from this week = $17,500 x 0.25% = $43.75. which will be credited to the participation account when this settlement cycle ends.
