“Ramadan Lucky Draw” is offered by VT Markets, traded under VT Markets Limited (herein “the Company” or “VT Markets”), to the Company’s clients.

This promotion is available from 18th March 2024 to 4th April 2024.

• Trading requirements means the trading volume (in lots) made from these products only: FX, Precious Metals (XPDAUD, XAUUSD, XAUAUD, XAGUSD, XAGAUD), and Crude Oil (CL-OIL, USOUSD, UKOUSD).

• You will earn 1 lucky draw ticket to enter the raffle when both the deposit and trading requirements are met, you are eligible to get more tickets (maximum of 10 tickets per client ID) if you make more deposits and trades during this offer (deposits and trades are not accumulative). • Internal transfers, balance or cash adjustments, Introducer/Affiliate rebates or commissions of any kind will not be considered as new deposits, and therefore will not be counted towards this offer.

• Winners of the lucky draws will be randomly selected based on the number of Lucky draw tickets the participants have.

• Winners from the lucky draw will be notified within 5 business days after the announcement date via email. VT Markets will also make announcements on the Facebook page "VT Markets MENA".

• Winners need to contact VT Markets within 15 days after receiving the email from VT Markets to confirm the prize by responding to the email you received. Winners will waive the right to receive the prize if the said time has expired.

• Each participant is eligible to receive 1 prize from this offer.

• VT Markets will credit the prize to the winner’s nominated trading account within 3 business days after the confirmation.

• VT Markets will not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries. Fraudulent, multiple, or incorrectly completed applications will not be accepted.

• VT Markets reserves the right to vary, alter, replace, or revoke or cancel the promotion terms at any time without prior notice. Changes to these terms will be made available online and you are encouraged to check our website regularly.

• If the client is in breach of the VT Markets’ trading terms in any way whatsoever, the value of the prize will be deducted from the client’s cash balance.

• VT Markets shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), cost, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection (directly or indirectly) with the use of the promotion.

• This program can be retracted at any time of VT Markets’ choosing and account eligibility will be subject to our discretion.

• Any dispute or situation not covered by these terms will be resolved by VT Markets at its sole discretion.
