VT Markets Loyalty Program (ClubBleu) – Gift Shop (herein “Offer”) is provided by VT Markets, traded under VT Markets Limited (Company Number: 201902 GB) (referred to as “we”, “our”, the “Company” or “VT Markets”), to the Company’s clients.

This Offer is available from 1 May 2024

1. This Offer is open to VT Markets’ existing clients who have enrolled in the VT Markets Loyalty Program. Please contact [email protected] if you are unsure about your eligibility.

2. By participating in this Offer, you (individually and collectively, “you,” “your,” or “Participant”) acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, VT Markets Loyalty Program (ClubBleu) General Terms and Conditions and all other relevant legal document provided by the company. you cannot participate in the Program if you do not agree to these Terms.

3. VT Markets Loyalty Program (ClubBleu) Gift Shop is an offer that allows you to utilise your T-Point (“Point”) earned from the VT Markets Loyalty Program. To apply for this offer, you must:

   1. Log in to your Client Portal.

   2. Find the Offer under the ClubBleu Pass section.

   3. Follow the prompts to participate in this Offer.

4. You need to fulfill the requirements listed on the item in order to successfully redeem under this offer.

5. VT Markets will not be responsible for any incomplete, illegible, or misdirected shipping address you put that may cause a delay in shipping.

6. All Items under this Offer are subject to availability. VT Markets cannot guarantee that the item offered will be available. VT Markets will transfer the T-Points used to redeem the item to your ClubBleu Pass if VT Markets is unable to ship the item due to force majeure factors (gift out of stock, logistics problems, etc.), or the gift is no longer available for purchase.

7. VT Markets shall not be responsible or liable for any delays in providing the items to the client. VT Markets will use all reasonable endeavours to provide the items to you within 30 days of confirming your eligibility.

8. The use of the reward(s) from this Offer is subject to the reward’s Terms and Conditions (if applicable), VT Markets Loyalty Program (ClubBleu) General Terms and conditions, and all other relevant legal documents provided by the company. All these documents are available on VT Markets’ website.

9. The rewards from this Offer cannot be transferred to any other person, exchanged, or returned for Points, cash, or other Rewards and benefits.

10. VT Markets reserves the right to stop or refuse clients’ participation in this Offer if any of these rules are breached or there is any suspected abuse of the Offer.

11. VT Markets reserves the right to amend or discontinue this Offer at its sole discretion without any prior notice. Your eligibility for this Offer will be subject to our discretion.

12. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms will be resolved by VT Markets in its sole discretion.
