    Thank you for your attention and support to VT Markets, the latest business arrangements during the 2020 Christmas and New Year’s Day holidays as follow.

    During the Christmas holidays (2020/12/24~2020/12/25) and New Year’s Day holidays (2021/01/01):
    1. Account opening and depositing operations are proceeding normally. If the account opening information is complete, the review will be completed as soon as possible;
    2. Due to the bank’s postponement of withdrawal services during holidays, clients can still submit withdrawal applications during this period, and the actual arrival time shall be subject to the bank’s operating time;
    3. The online service time of customer service is 08:30-24:00. If you need help, you can leave a message, and we will reply as soon as possible after receipt;

    Because it falls on the holidays, if there is any requirement for withdrawal, we suggest that you shall submit the application as early as possible or
    applied after the holidays.
