VT Markets Credit Bonus Scheme (PH100) Terms and Conditions

This offer is provided by VT Markets, traded under VT Markets Limited (herein “the Company” or “VT Markets”), to the Company’s clients.

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. Eligibility

1. This offer is available from 18th April 2025 until 18th July 2025.

2. This offer is only available to the VT Markets’ Clients in the following countries/regions.

3. VT Markets will offer this to new and existing clients at its discretion. If you are not sure about your eligibility, please contact [email protected].

4. New clients must open a new live account with VT Markets (meaning, not a “demo” account). By opening a new account with VT Markets, the client acknowledges they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and VT Markets’ Terms and Conditions.

5. Only Standard STP & Standard STP Swap-Free are eligible for the bonus, no bonus will be granted to other types of accounts.

6. You will automatically opt-in to this offer if you are eligible after your live trading account is opened. If you would like to change your mind whether to participate in this offer, you can log in to your client portal and change the status under the “Promotion” tab.

B. Terms and Conditions

7. Eligible clients will receive credit bonuses as per below:

   1. 100% of your first deposit, up to $1000 credit (minimum deposit: $300).

   2. 20% of your subsequent deposits.

   “Subsequent deposits” means any deposits you made after your first deposit, or the part that exceeds $1,000 from your first deposit.

   Here are some examples of how much credit bonus you will get based on your first-time deposit (FTD) amount:

   Your FTD	Your Credit Bonus
   $500	$500 x 100% = $500
   $1000	$1000 x 100% = $1000
   $5000	$1000 x 100% + $4000 x 20% = $1800

8. The credit amount is capped at a maximum of $10,000 per eligible client at any time during this offer.

9. Your bonus will be credited to your trading account within one (1) business day after we verify your deposit.

10. VT Markets reserves the right to stop clients claiming credit bonuses from promotions if your deposit is made via an e-wallet/cryptocurrency channel including but not limited to USTD, Neteller and Skrill.

11. Internal transfers, balance or cash adjustments, Introducer/Affiliate rebates or commissions of any kind will not be considered new deposits and therefore will not be counted towards this offer.

C. Bonus Deduction Policy

12. Credit amounts cannot be withdrawn. Profits made will be reflected in your account value. Similarly, any losses made will be deducted from your account value. Any profits generated from the utilization of the bonus are available for withdrawal as per our withdrawal procedure.

13. If you opt to withdraw your original deposit, a partial/full trading credit will be removed from your account accordingly.

14. You cannot transfer your bonus between your trading accounts.

    Balance – Withdrawal ≥ Credit Amount / 100%

    • If the difference between the account balance and total amount withdrawn is greater than or equal to 2x the credit amount, no bonus deduction will be applied to the client’s account.

    • If the difference is less than 2x the credit amount, partial or full bonus deduction will be applied to the client’s account according to the following formula:

    (Balance – Withdrawal) * 100% = Credit Bonus Remaining

    Example 1: (Partial Bonus Deduction)
    Balance: $1,000
    Credit Bonus: $1000
    Withdrawal: $200

    Balance – Withdrawal ≥ Credit Bonus / 100%
    1,000 – 200 ≥ $1000 / 100%
    800 < 1,000
    Hence, (Balance – Withdrawal) * 100% = $800 * 100% = $800 (Remaining Credit Bonus)

    Example 2: (No Bonus Deduction)
    Balance: $3,000
    Credit Bonus: $1,000
    Withdrawal: $200

    Balance – Withdrawal ≥ Credit Bonus / 100%
    3,000 – 200 ≥ $1,000 / 100%
    2,800 > 1,000

D. Acknowledgement

15. If your account equity is less than the trading credit on your account, the remaining credit may be withdrawn at our discretion, which could in turn force a stop out of all open positions on your account.

16. This program can be retracted at any time at VT Markets’ choosing and account eligibility will be subject to our discretion.

17. Your credit will be removed at the time this promotion offer ends without further notice.
