VT Markets Trade & Win Promotion Terms and Conditions

“Trade & Win(IND)” (herein the “Offer”) is offered by VT Markets, traded under VT Markets Limited (herein “the Company” or “VT Markets”), to the Company’s clients.

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This offer is available from 21/04/2025 to 20/06/2025 (herein the “Offer Period”).

   1. Both the welcome bonus and the deposit will be considered eligible under this offer during the promotional period.

   2. Any promotions other than the Welcome Bonus and Deposit Bonus will not be eligible in conjunction with this Trade and Win promotion during the offer period.

2. This offer is open to all new clients, existing clients, clients under IB’s, and IBs (excluding all sub-IBs) of VT Markets. To be eligible, clients must have registered a live trading account, and traded with VT Markets, and reside in one of the eligible countries or regions specified below:

3. New clients must open a new live account with VT Markets (meaning, not a “demo” account). By opening a new account with VT Markets, the client acknowledges they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and VT Markets’ Terms and Conditions.

4. By participating in this offer, the Client acknowledges they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and VT Markets’ Terms and Conditions.

5. To participate in this offer, you must:

   1. Opt-in to this offer by contacting your account manager.

   2. Deposit and Trade during the offer period.

   3. Fulfill the deposit and trading requirement to claim the rewards from this offer.

7. Internal transfers, balance or cash adjustments, Introducer/Affiliate rebates or commissions of any kind will not be considered as new deposits, and therefore will not be counted towards this offer.

8. Any internal transfer made to the participating account will result in disqualification from the promotion, as internal transfers are not permitted under this offer.

9. Only closed trade of FX, Metal (XPDUSD), Gold (XAUUSD, XAUAUD), Silver (XAGUSD, XAGAUD) and Crude Oil (CL-OIL, USOUSD, UKOUSD) made during the offer period will be counted towards this offer.

10. This promotion is applicable exclusively to valid STP, ECN, Cent, Copy Trade, and Swap-free accounts. MAM, and PAMM accounts are strictly excluded from eligibility.

11. VT Markets reserves the right to exclude any trades that are held for less than 3 minutes from claiming rewards from this offer.

12. VT Markets will combine your trade done on all your eligible trading accounts into the calculation towards the trading requirement from this offer.

13. Only 1 reward can be claimed per participant from this offer. Clients must meet both the Net Deposit and Trading Volume requirements for a specific tier. If only one criterion is met, or either is partially fulfilled, the client will receive the reward based on the lower qualifying criterion.

    For example: If a client deposit $1,000 and trade 5 lots, then they will be given the reward for the tier for which the client is fulfilling both the requirements. In this case ‘Tier 01’ and will therefore win $8 as the reward price.

14. To claim rewards from this offer, you must contact your account manager, or email marketing.[email protected] and let us know which reward you would like to claim.

15. The clients can start claiming their rewards from 20/06/2025. VT Markets will not accept any request for reward claims after 29/06/2024. The participant will waive the right to claim the prize if the said time has expired.

16. The rewards from this offer are mainly based on the actual purchase of goods, any specific request for style, model and colour will not be entertained.

17. VT Markets shall not be responsible or liable for any delays in providing the rewards to the participant. VT Markets will use all reasonable endeavours to provide the rewards to the participant within 30 days.

18. VT Markets shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), cost, expense, or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection (directly or indirectly) with the use of the offer.

19. If VT Markets can’t deliver the reward(s) due to force majeure (e.g., out of stock, logistics issues), Clients agree to receive the reward’s value as a balance credited to their account based on the item value listed above.

20. The rewards listed are subject to availability. VT Markets cannot guarantee that the rewards offered will be available during the time of redemption. Clients acknowledge and agree to receive the value of the promotion in the form of a balance credited into their account (listed on Term 6), should VT Markets be unable to ship the reward under this promotion or if the prize is no longer available for purchase.

21. The Reward items can be redeemed as a cashback to the participant’s trading account as 80% of the reward value.

22. The value of the rewards is USD-based. Your cashback value will be adjusted accordingly if your nominated trading account is not denominated in USD.

23. VT Markets reserves the right to stop or refuse the client’s participation in the promotion if any of these rules are breached or there is any suspected abuse of the promotion.

24. Fraudulent, multiple, or incorrectly completed applications will not be accepted. VT Markets will not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.

25. The deposit and trading volume used to apply for this offer may not be used to apply for any other offer provided by VT Markets.

26. VT Markets reserves the right to deduct any reward amounts after the reward is claimed in case of a breach. Participants may lose eligibility if there is any suspected abuse of the promotion.

27. This program can be retracted at any time of VT Markets’ choosing and account eligibility will be subject to our discretion.

28. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms will be resolved by VT Markets at its sole discretion.
