VT Markets “Elite Explorer 2.0 Program (IB)” Promotion Terms and Conditions

This offer is provided by VT Markets, traded under VT Markets Limited (herein “the Company” or “VT Markets”), to the Company’s clients.

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This offer is available from 1/05/2025 to 31/10/2025 (herein the “Offer Period”).

2. This offer is available to VT Markets’ Introducing Brokers (IB) (herein the “Participant”) who resides in India only, subject to the company’s discretion. Please contact your account manager, or email marketing.ind@vtmarkets.com to confirm your eligibility to participate in this offer.

3. By participating in this offer, participants acknowledge that they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and VT Markets’ Terms and Conditions.

4. To participate in this offer, you must opt-in by confirming your decision to your account manager, or email to marketing.ind@vtmarkets.com.

5. Each IB may redeem one reward only, provided that all three requirements of that particular tier are met during the offer period, as outlined in the table below:

1. a. ‘New Active Traders’ refer to clients introduced by the participant that open a live trading account, make at least one deposit, and trade at least one time with VT Markets during the Offer Period.

2. b. ‘Net deposit’ refers to the sum of net deposits contributed by all clients under the participant during the Offer Period, the formula to calculate net deposit is:

   Net Deposit = Gross Deposit – Withdrawal

6. Internal transfers, balance or cash adjustments, Introducer/Affiliate rebates or commissions of any kind will not be considered as new deposits, and therefore will not be counted towards this offer.

7. Only closed trade of FX, precious metals (gold, silver) and Crude Oil (CL-OIL, USOUSD, UKOUSD) will be counted towards the trading requirement of this offer.

8. Any trades that are held for less than 3 minutes or 180 seconds will be excluded from this offer.

9. Any trades placed using credit bonus from any other VT Markets’ offers (Known as Trading on credit) will not be counted towards this offer.

10. To claim your reward after fulfilling the requirements, please confirm your eligibility by contacting your account manager or emailing to marketing.ind@vtmarkets.com with the details of the reward you wish to claim. Your eligibility will be confirmed within 5 business days.

11. The participant must submit his/her claim for rewards under this offer before 15/01/2026. Your right to claim the rewards will be waived if the time expires.

12. The value of the reward is USD-based. Your rewards will be adjusted accordingly if your nominated trading account is not denominated in USD.

13. The rewards listed are subject to availability. VT Markets cannot guarantee that the rewards offered will be available during the time of redemption. Clients acknowledge and agree to receive the cash value of the promotion in the form of balance credited into their account (listed on Term 7), should VT Markets be unable to ship the reward under this promotion or if the prize is no longer available for purchase.

14. When redeeming products under this promotion, specific requests for style, model, and colour will not be accommodated. For travel options included in this promotion, VT Markets will cover only a portion of certain expenses. 15. The reward from this offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

16. VT Markets shall not be responsible or liable for any delays in providing the rewards to the participant. VT Markets will use all reasonable endeavours to provide the rewards to the participant within 30 days after the participant’s eligibility is confirmed.

17. Fraudulent, multiple, or incorrectly completed applications will not be accepted. VT Markets will not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.

18. VT Markets shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), cost, expense, or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection (directly or indirectly) with the use of the offer.

19. VT Markets reserves the right to stop or refuse any participants from the offer if the participant is found to increase his/her trading or transaction volume maliciously to fulfill the requirement under this offer. VT Markets reserves the right to deduct any reward amounts after the reward is claimed in case of a breach.

20. The trading volume used to apply for this offer may not be used to apply for any other offers provided by VT Markets.

21. This program can be retracted at any time of VT Markets’ choosing and account eligibility will be subject to our discretion.

22. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms will be resolved by VT Markets at its sole discretion.
