Under its baseline projections, UOB expects several months of stronger month-on-month price increases due to adverse weather-related disruption to food supply, partially mitigated by comfortable public foodgrain stock levels. It also said India\u2019s real interest rate would turn negative without further rate hikes, as inflation is projected to move above 6% year on year as early as November 2026.<\/p>\n
