The US dollar is a clear beneficiary of this environment as interest rate differentials widen in its favor. We expect the Dollar Index (DXY) to continue its rally from the low 100s seen earlier in the year. A long position in the dollar against currencies with more dovish central banks, such as the Japanese Yen, looks increasingly favorable.<\/p>\n
