Given this backdrop, we should consider that the US dollar’s strength has persisted, with the DXY now trading consistently above 104.0 as the Federal Reserve has signaled no immediate plans for rate cuts. For derivative traders, this suggests that buying call options on the dollar index (UUP) on any significant dips could be a prudent strategy. The underlying economic support for a strong dollar is much clearer now than it was in early 2025.<\/p>\n
