Beyond the currency market, we are also looking at interest rate derivatives. While the market now anticipates 75 basis points of cuts over the next year, the surprise inflation drop combined with reports of stagnant UK GDP growth in the third quarter of 2025 suggests the BoE may need to act even more decisively.
