Zus\u00e4tzlich h\u00e4lt UNG Sicherheiten wie Bargeld, kurzfristige Geldmarktanlagen und kurzlaufende US-Staatsanleihen. Contango und Rollrendite verstehen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die langfristige <strong>Wertentwicklung<\/strong> von UNG weicht oft stark vom Kassapreis (Spotpreis) f\u00fcr Erdgas ab. Ursache ist meist die Mechanik der Terminpreiskurve, nicht nur der Erdgaspreis selbst.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Erdgaspreise werden unter anderem von LNG-Exporten (verfl\u00fcssigtes Erdgas), Lagerbest\u00e4nden und wetterbedingter <strong>Nachfrage<\/strong> beeinflusst. Kurzfristig bewegen h\u00e4ufig Wochenberichte der <strong>Energy Information Administration (EIA)<\/strong> den Markt (US-Beh\u00f6rde, die Daten zu Energiem\u00e4rkten ver\u00f6ffentlicht).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Contango vs. Backwardation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Contango<\/strong>: Sp\u00e4tere Terminkontrakte sind teurer als der nah laufende Kontrakt. Beim Rollen verkauft der Fonds den g\u00fcnstigeren auslaufenden Kontrakt und kauft den teureren n\u00e4chsten. Das kostet Rendite (oft als negative <strong>Rollrendite<\/strong> bezeichnet) und kann UNG dauerhaft belasten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Backwardation<\/strong>: Sp\u00e4tere Kontrakte sind g\u00fcnstiger als der nah laufende. Diese Kosten dr\u00fccken die Rendite.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Schedule K\u20111 und steuerliche Behandlung<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als Limited Partnership erhalten Anleger f\u00fcr US-Steuerzwecke ein <strong>Schedule K\u20111<\/strong> statt eines Formulars 1099.
